Gold Buckle Band Mortarboard Graduation Postage by Star Stream Design
A graduate's mortarboard is held up a band with a golden buckle containing the words "Class of 20XX". Optional text can be added below or deleted to leave the area blank. The background color can also be customized to any school's colors.
